Report something to us

Email support@ritasrecipes.co.uk if you need to report illegal content, threats, harassment, exploitation, unauthorised sharing, copyright infringement or another serious safety concern connected with Rita’s Recipes.

Include the Recipe Book, recipe, invitation or share-link details needed to find the content, together with a short explanation. Do not forward illegal imagery or other unlawful material unless we specifically and lawfully ask you to provide evidence.

What we can do

Depending on the circumstances, we may disable a share or invitation, restrict access, preserve relevant records, remove content, suspend an account or make a report to a competent authority where required or appropriate.

If somebody is in immediate danger

Rita’s Recipes is not an emergency service. In the UK, call 999 if a crime is in progress or somebody is in immediate danger.

Complaints about our decision

If you disagree with action we take on a safety or content report, reply to the same support thread and explain why. We will review relevant information again and correct a decision where appropriate.

Privacy

Safety reports are handled on a need-to-know basis. We may need to share information with advisers, service providers or authorities where necessary to investigate, protect people or comply with law. See our Privacy notice for more detail.
